First, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If you still do not see it after a few minutes, click the retry button on the sign-in screen. If the problem persists, contact the RACG IT Support Team to verify that your email address is registered in the database.
For security and privacy reasons, access is strictly limited to registered Jalsa Salana UK volunteers. Your team leader must submit your details to the RACG department. Once added to the system, you can sign in using your email address immediately.
Once logged in, drivers can view their assigned guests in the driver portal dashboard. The list displays arrival details, passenger counts, flight numbers, and real-time status. Updates are pushed live to the app as duty officers assign flights.
If you are a driver, the app dashboard will update automatically when the flight status changes. If you notice a delay that has not yet updated in the system, please inform the RACG Duty Desk at the airport terminal immediately so they can update the database.
